if I've got to deal with this girl shit, at least I've got good stuff with which to (try) to distract myself.

Bought Melissa Etheridge's new album (Skin) tonight, and found Emma Bulls' "War For The Oaks". It was, oddly enough, in the mystery section? Why? I'll leave the obvious answer to the reader.;)

It was honestly shelved in mystery though...'cause there were two copies and they were in the correct place, alphabetically. Very weird.

So...I'm still cranky, but a little optimistic.

I'll be bringing it, along with the boom box from the bedroom (as opposed to the boom box from the bathroom.*grin*) (and about a zillion other cds), so you may have a listen if you like.:)

I like it...it isn't my favorite of hers (That would be Never Enough),but it is *good*.
