WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The White House on Friday rejected requests from Afghanistan's ruling Taliban to provide proof Osama bin Laden was responsible for the deadly Sept. 11 attacks, saying there would be no negotiations.
Asked to respond to Afghanistan's vow not to hand over the Saudi-born militant without such evidence, White House spokesman Ari Fleischer (news - web sites) said: ``The president last night made his conditions clear and he said there would be no discussions and no negotiations.''

I'm sorry, but how fucking *stupid* are these people? Would we (being the country) hand over someone to another country if they said "Look, we think hie did this, and if you don't give hym to us, we're going to bomb you."? No, we'd go "Ok...where's the proof that hie did what you're claiming hie did?" That's *not* a negotiation, its...logic.
This is the stuff that scares the shit out of me.
