Happy Beltane!

I'm so proud of myself. I usually forget my stepfather's birthday. It's on Cinco de Mayo, and I remind myself of that from my mum's birthday (in February) on. Then, all of a sudden, it's Cinco de Mayo and I go "Oh cool! *pause* Dammit!"

*This* year I used Hassle Me, and had 'em send me mail once a week, reminding me to get something for his birthday, in *time* for his birthday.

I bought his presents on Friday and they actually got there today. Which is possibly the first time, since I moved out, that his presents were in the house before he changed ages. Go team me! *laugh*

Sam went to bed, after two books, with her teeth brushed, *on time*. Even though her dad had a slightly late night and isn't home yet. Very pleased. :)
