Questions from
jenny_evergreen:
1. What is your post-apocalyptic career choice?
Librarian. Heavily armed librarian. Hey, someone has to keep the information safe and up to date while we rebuild. :D
2. What book was the most transformative for you and why?
Jeeze. You don't ask simple questions, do you? *grin*
I'm not really sure. The one that comes to mind the quickest is 84 Charing Cross Road. She felt the same way about books that I do...it was a small sense of community when I had very little, and made me feel nearly normal.
I'll have to think on this a bit longer.
3. If you got to name a planet, what would you call it?
I originally misread this as "Plant" and decided on Steve. A planet is a bit more difficult.
Nikola, for Tesla.
4. What reality show would you want to be on?
Top Chef, so I could meet Tom. :)
5. What are your thoughts on home-schooling these days?
I still love it, and I'm pretty sure the big one does too. Sam learns so much, and has grown out of the "I know" stage of life, so that she can actually be *taught* rather than me just hoping she eventually picks it up because she won't *LISTEN*. :)
It isn't for everyone. I don't even know if it'll always be for us. But right now, we're good.
