I think my last entry made it seem like I enjoy the ritual of making coffee & preparing my cup more than I enjoy actually drinking the coffee. *Not* true. I enjoyed the rituals connected with smoking more than smoking, but I enjoy consuming the coffee as much as, or possibly more than I enjoy making it and preparing my cup.

Dear people who make knife sets,

Yes, I do need new knives. And yes, I'll probably be buying a set as I don't have the time to invest in picking out individual knives. But, I don't need steak knives. I *have* steak knives and don't want any more. *Stop* putting steak knives in every bloody set out there!

Yeah, there are some sets without steak knives...but they seem to be few and far between. Hence the irritation. 'Cause, really, we don't have steak at home all that often. My six steak knives will serve us well for quite a while.

Happy Coming Out Day. I've been very out for the past...nineish years. Before that, I wasn't out to anyone, including myself. (My mom says she's always known...but she has insider information that even I'm not privy to.;)

This is one of the reasons I'm doing what I can to push for bisexuals to be out in public life and media, just like everyone else. IE *Not* always the killer or confused or cured by finding that right {fitb}. Because I didn't realize that bisexuality was an actual *option*. I figured it was a kink.

So, in closing, I'm here, I'm queer and I'm used to it.
