I would like to take this opportunity to thank my mother for wiring my brain for music and music trivia. Not just 'cause I tend to kick ass in certain categories during Jeopardy, but because it only took me about five minutes to figure out that part of Melissa Etheridge's "Meet Me In The Dark" reminded me of Glen Frey's "The One You Love", and thus I was not driven crazy trying to figure it out all day.

~~~
The juicer comes all apart for cleaning! Yay! The part that actually deals with food unscrews from the motor and breaks down into four pieces, including the thingie that pushes the stuff down the chute to its little fruit and veggie doooom. *And* it's top-rack dishwasher safe. So, I loaded the dishwasher and we'll see how it does. If it doesn't get shiny clean in there, washing it by hand doesn't look like a massive deal.
~~~

Jeff picked up some strawberries last night, so when it's done washing, I'm gonna dirty it again and see how apple/pear/strawberry juice is. I'll probably end up adding some lemon juice, 'cause it sounds like a good combo, but awfully sweet. Though, the apples aren't super sweet, so maybe they'll balance things.

*later*

Nope, no adulteration necessary. The juice was absolutely delicious, and the juicer parts got wonderfully clean in the dishwasher. So, all in all, yay.

~~~
I just wrapped a book (for PaperbackSwap) that will be heading for Niagara Falls. So, now the Niagara Falls skit is playing in the back of my brain. Such is life.
~~~

Cool Google Logo today. I love Miro's work.
~~~
CSI tonight. Yay. :)
~~~

I had a *great* poll question. And have forgotten it so completely that I can't even remember the subject. Which is kind of impressive, in a way.
